I need to complete this post now or I'll never get around to doing it.
I have 'bloggers' who r anxiously waiting for the photos! ;p;p (
Am I right?)
This time round, the outing was like an excursion around my territory. They hail from Cheras while I, from Ampang. Furthermore, we are all pretty busy people and it was definitely hard to set a date to meet up.
We - Eric, Lim Kian, Terri, Sabrina, and I finally met up after many failed attempts before ;p Aeris, Sab's housemate tagged along too.
This was a Chinese New Year cum meet up cum reunion cum food intro trip.
On that day, we started off by heading to Batu Caves for lunch. It was high time for me to share the oh-so-famous sang har hor fun and century egg fish porridge with my fellow friends.
Six people, four dishes = Just the right amount.
The famous fried chicken the waitress recommended.
The sang har hor fun with the huge prawn.
The century egg porridge fish porridge.
The famous fried noodle. The meal was 100% satisfactory.
As it was a public holiday, traffic was at a near stand still when we wanted to leave. It took us an hour to get to our next destination, instead of just 20 minutes.
Our next stop was KLCC, but we decided to make a detour to have cendol since Sab 'needed' something sweet. We had cendol at Taman Melawati.
Beans, cendol, corn, ice = Nice.I didn't have any though as I was stuffed fromt he earlier meal.
After the cendol, we finally head to KLCC. Th eplan was either to watch a movie, visit Petrosains or the Aquaria. But, we did neither one.
What we did..
1) Bagel stop
2) Roti boy stop
LK with the roti boy he craved for.3) Signature food court stop
Sab and her McD chocotop
The half waffle topped with ice creamLastly, to call it a day, we went to Kinokuniya. We spent an unsurmountable time in that bookstore.
What nerds we were ;)
