UFO contains chocolate chips which melts in the mouth when one bite of the bread was taken. Adding to the awesomeness (I'm starting to wonder if this word really exist)  was the chunky almond nuts which gave a balanced tinge of bittersweet sensation.

Try this:

A croissant flavoured base, with a bit of yellow, creamy sensation inside, TOPPED with a caramel mixture of pistachios, almonds and walnuts.

Not too sweet.

Purrfect for a tea party!

Lastly,
Chef Matsubara's month of May creation:
The Glove

Contains cranberries, but beware, the outer part was as hard as a rock. Force required when slicing using a knife.
Therefore, I didn't favour it. The U.F.O and nutty croissant overshadowed The Glove indefinitely.
